We require a signed consent form from our clients before we share any aspect of their treatment or even confirm their status as a patient with family members or other outside parties. Privacy and security are essential to our mission of care. Our goal is to make the process as straightforward and painless as possible. Before accepting a new patient into our program, they must complete the pre-admission process. These steps include:
Before we admit you into treatment, we’ll conduct an intake interview. This includes gathering information about your current and past diagnosis and which treatments will ensure the most beneficial results. We’ll establish your medical and mental health histories, which will allow us to begin determining the most effective treatment options for you. Finally, we will ask you a series of direct questions, and use your answers to determine how we can help you.
What Comes After Admission
Once we approve your admission, our intake coordinator will help you to develop a treatment plan. The path from admissions to direct treatment will include the following steps:
Admission for Smokers and Vapers
White House Recovery and Detox does not turn away clients who smoke or vape, as we believe that smoking should not be a barrier to getting treatment. We do offer smoking cessation education for anyone who wants to quit smoking or vaping, especially in conjunction with the other healthy lifestyle changes that recovery can entail.
We are here for you
Although the admissions process may seem daunting, we have streamlined the questionnaire and initial exams with your ease in mind.
